CANT INSTALL PSE 11

I have recently bought PSE 11 (downloaded trial version)  downloaded the files but can't install it.  "This installer does not support installation on a 64 bit windows OS.  If you are installing by disk run set-up from folder.  If not installing from disk download 64 bit version of Premier Elements 11"    I thought Elements 11 was ok for windows 8.1?  Any help very much appreciated.

Dioklis you can download  installation files for Photoshop Elements 11 at Download Photoshop Elements products | 12, 11, 10.

Thank you Jeff that is where I was downloading from, however, on closer inspection I realise I downloaded Premier Elements as there was no download for just Elements (English version). I have e-mailed the seller and will see what he says.
