Cant log in to creative cloud suite Continuously for the last 17 Months {02/19/20 - to present date}

Hello, 

 

I am as they say. AT A LOSS FOR WORDS.

CC has so many log-in and permission issues..

 

So AGGRAVATING FRUSTRATING and really sad.

WHICH I FIND WRONG.   I'm paying for a service that doesn't work and it's preventing me from doing my job.

Same Issue Different Tech Admin.

 

Currently waiting for someone to VPN into my CPU on a sunday and fix the problem. I havent been able to use the CPU for 1 hour so far, but it ranges from 2-6 hours mostly until they can fix it.    

 

I have had 26 VPN sessions with ADOBE for the same issue for 17 months.  

 So here we are today with the same issue, and i know another issue is just around the corner.

 

Either in a day, a few months, or a  few weeks later.

 

 

I have contacted; admin, technical, doesn't matter from each of the 27 sessions.

Iget a band aid fix/hack, and then the same problem comes back again.  

Terrible product.

Unable to log into After Effects and Premiere, Photshop Indeesign, because of permission issues????????

 

 

What an incredible waste ofthe  time, but in the creative field, it just stifles everything ..

This is approaching lawsuit level.

 

Obviously  no app is perfect, but this is obscene.

 

Has anyone experienced this permission, log-in issuer before?>

 

The Login is broken; I consistently have major issues logging in to  adobe creative cloud. To the point where i am not able to work. Also, randomly im logged off. And then can't get back in???? 

 

I am paying for a service that works half of the time. artists my own business, and today I am down-paying artists to set who are getting DOUBLE OT... While Adobe figures this out.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          I don't think it's fair that I have repeatedly brought this issue to adobe to fix the problem or permissions. And it works for a few days or weeks; then it doesn't. And I want this complaint to be sent to an account manager. It's absurd to pay for the services when they don't work, for whatever reason. This is now costing me my business.

 

I don't know who to inform or make aware of what. But something needs to be done, or I will have to report this to the BBB.
