Cant log into Creative Cloud app

I am currently unable to log into my creative cloud app. I had been logged out of it and could not remember the password so reset it however i keep getting the message the the password does not match the account. I am able to log int to my adobe account  via the web using gate new password. Has anyone else experienced this?

The most obvious reason for typing the correct password and still getting errors is when the keyboard layout changes. This may happen for international users.
