cant open adobe premiere after installation on creative cloud. there is no 'open' tab..its just showing Up-to-date.

I'm not able to open the adobe premiere app on creative cloud. I installed the app on CC last night and its done but there is no 'open' tab on it. its just showing up-to-date. How do i open the app?
