Cant open photoshop after new installation

Question

I've just installed photoshop onto a desktop i hardly use and although it has been installed i cannot open the programme i keep getting the message in the file below thanks

I don't open docx files from untrusted sources, sorry. Either tell us what the error message says or post a screenshot with the picture icon in this web forum's rich text editor. See screenshot. E-mail attachments won't work.

Meanwhile, please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use. Check each one.
