Cant register my Ps CS6

Question

I cant register my Ps Cs6. I purchased cd last year from local dealer. Evrything else went ok, its only the rgistration that sucks. I can see my serialnumbers (2) on Adobe Worldwide Licensing/Retrieve Serial Numbers but when i go to Adobes My product and sevices it says that i dont

have registered products. And when I try to do the registration it says that numbers from the Retrieve Serial Numbers are not valid?? Ps says that it is activated. Is My product now registrated or not and do i miss something if it not????

JohannesT it sounds like you reseller has sold you volume licenses of Photoshop CS6. You should be able to locate the serial number and installation files at https://licensing.adobe.com/.

There is no registration to be done for volume license serial numbers as this information was already logged at the time of purchase. If the information at https://licensing.adobe.com/ does not match your information then please see Transfer an Adobe product license.
