Cant start Adobe creative Cloud

Every time i try start it error.

I have delte adobe creative cloud from pc and all but same error

Can someone help me ? i have do all whats in the install FAQ are but nothings help

Win 10

Prozessor: intel i7-6700

nVidia GTX 1060 (6GB)

Arbeitsspeicher: 16 GB DDR4
Festplatte: 2000 GB HDD
Netzwerk: Gigabit-LAN optisches
Laufwerk: Super DVD-Brenner
Anschlüsse: USB 3.0, USB 2.0, 1 x Audio-Kombianschluss, PS/2

I have the same problem quite often. I've received no solution as of yet.

Could you please paste this error message in English language, as I am unable to translate it to English from the screenshot? I am assuming you are using Win 10, please confirm if that is correct, so that we may assist you appropriately.

YE, its windows 10 that error say that creative cloud doesnt exists or are broken and i must download de creative cloud at that link but i do that and its doesnt work -.-
