CAN'T INSTALL UPDATES TO ADOBE PRODUCTS

WHY CANT I INSTALL UPDATES?

UPDATES WORKED FINE UNTIL CC

HOW DO I INSTALL UPDATES?

I GET AN ERROR EVERYTIME I TRY TO INSTALL!

THIS SUCKS!

FORGOT TO MENTION

ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE 5 ALL PRODUCTS

MAC BOOK PRO 15"2013

    Have you tried doing what that message suggests and contact customer service?

    If you want help here in the forums, we would need more info. For example, what OS are you using? What updates are you trying to install? Etc.

    I have tried to contact adobe...that was the first thing that I tried; however there is no phone number listed that I could find!!!   WHY the HELL NOT!!!!!

    I just wanted to call and technical help, would even pay for the support!

    I am mac as in the above message the latest mac software
