Captivate and Creative cloud are now on 2 different profiles?

I have Captivate and Creative Cloud licensed and have used them all in tandem without issue until recently.

Now Captivate is under my personal profile and Creative Cloud is under my company profile (Same login details) and never the twain shall meet it seems. I can't run Illustrator and Captivate at the same time which means updating  project and assets is far more awkward than it ever was before! I have to log out and sign out od Adobe and sign back in to change profiles just so I can alternate between software. Why does this have to happen? I never assigned Captivate to a personal profile, I used to run the softwares concurrently without issue or even thinking about it. Now the workflow and awkward and pointeless?
