Catalina caused me issues

I have installed MAC OS Catalina lately and after instalation I have lost the connection to my creative cloud server. I have conected adobe several times to know the reason and they told me that I need to speak to someone from the creative cloud team support. I am located in Amsterdam and they don't have a contact number here. May someone connect me with someone who can help. Please advice

Click the chat icon

Type AGENT followed by enter key.

 

LOG-OUT/LOG-IN:

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
