CATN'T DOWNLOAD--HELLLLP!!!

Ok, so I purchase the cloud several months back. I installed it on my old laptop and it was perfectly fine. Well, my laptop burned out and now I can't download Photoshop, illustrator OR AE onto my new laptop. All it will let me do is install trials--and I'm not paying for trials. Can you help me????

when you start your trial software you should see a splash screen with two options: license this sofware and continue trial. click the obvious and license with your adobe id.
