CC 2015 : Installation failed

I'm trying to install cc2015 thru Creative cloud desktop app.(Mac) but the downloading stops on 42% giving "installation failed". Anybody can help?

I have uninstalled creative cloud desktop and installed it again but it's same the problem

I got the following error : Exit Code: 7

and this error appear after 42% of downloading any application

I updated creative cloud desktop to build : 2.1.2.114 but the problem still there
