CC 2017 Not appeared yet?

Hi. It is November 8th. CC 2017 updates (all/any software) were supposed to be available from November 2nd. My payment for the month went out November 1st.

I am not seeing any options for 2017 update, plain and simple. All the 'available version' under install (for any given app) peak at CC 15.5, 15.3, 15 etc. Nothing is prompting me to update nothing is listing the latest versions as available. Why?

My account is UK registered but the machine is physically in Germany.

CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when they are not

Thanks, but this is not the problem I am describing. The only reference to CC 2017 I see is an 'ad' at the top (with a picture of a blimp) which links to a browser page full of individual download links. Save for that, all my installed apps are listed under the 'previous versions' drop down, but with no prompts to update.

Is there no way to update to 2017 via the desktop application, preferably via some single-click 'update all' option. Or do I have to download them one by one from the browser page?
