CC 2019 products are missing from my CC desktop

I have CC2019 installed on my PC, now when i wanted to update my cc2018 to 2019 on my HP laptop, I didn't have the cc 2019 upgrade, for any product. i used the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, downloaded and installed CC desktop again, installed InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop- all are CC 2018 still.

Hi FrancoGuy,

As you have mentioned you are unable to see 2019 version of CC apps under the CC desktop app on your HP laptop, could you please check and confirm if that machine meets the minimum system requirements for these products?

In order to take advantage of the latest operating system features and technologies, Creative Cloud 2019 apps require Windows 10 Creators update (version 1703) or later. If you're on an older version, please upgrade to the latest version of Windows 10.

Hi Benni

My OS is Windows 10 Enterprise, so i'm not sure about the version, but it gets updates regularly. how can i verify that my OS  is compatible with cc19?
