CC 2020 have to reset defaults after updates

Whenever CC runs an auto-update, all my default settings have to be reset within the updated apps. For example, say Bridge patches and I get a notification. I close Bridge and it updates. Next time I open it, up pops all the dialogs that I previously said "don't ever show your ugly face again" to, and I have to tell the app "I meant EVER ever." Same with Photoshop, Premiere, AI, DW etc. I'm done telling you what I expect you to do or not do, app.

Is it just me?

    Have you ever tried syncing settings?
