CC and CS6 applications missing from Adobe Manager

I had a problem with my mac and had to uninstall all programs. I also run the CC Adobe cleaner tool, and reboot the system. No big deal, I did it once and all went OK.

But this time, when I downloaded the Adobe Application Manager to reinstall my Adobe apps, I can only install CC 2014 versions. Previous versions have disappeared.

I've read all Adobe topic help and I can't find an answer.

I think it's a bug or something from the manager itself. I've logged out, reboot, logged in again and again.

I need After effects CC, so I can save projects as CS6. The only previous versions available apps are Animate, Extension manager and Gaming!!

Please help me T___T

Correct answer Marmagenta

I'm also checking this: Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC

Problem fixed!! It was an issue with the email linked to my account. I chatted with an assistant and now everything is OK

Marmagenta please utilize solution 2 in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html to restore the ability to install the previous versions of the Creative Cloud applications.

Thanks! I did it, but it didn't work. I will uninstall everything and run the CC cleaner.
