CC App keeps saying it needs to be repaired

This is a brand-new MacBook Pro running the latest High Sierra. About twice a day I get a popup from the CC helper app saying it needs to be repaired. This has just started over the past couple of days.

I've uninstalled all of the CC apps using the helper app, and deleted all the Adobe related folders from Applications, and re-installed everything. No help.

Ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Mark

Correct answer Govardhan.V

ok will do one thing .

Follow till step 6 mentioned in the link which I previously shlared.

Once done , enable Root user account  and login to same.

How to enable the root user on your Mac or change your root password - Apple Support

Then install Adobe Creative Cloud app from Root user account.

Hi Mark ,

Please mention the exact error message you are getting  or if possible post a screenshot of error message.

Also , I see that you had mentioned that you had deleted Adobe folders only from Applications folder .

If you haven't tried removing Creative Cloud desktop app associated folders  from both user Library and System Library, you may try with the steps mentioned in below post.

Problem with uninstall Creative Cloud

Thank you for the response!

I'm following those steps right now. If the message recurs afterword I'll make a point of capturing the exact popup and posting it here. Either way I'll followup soon and let you know how it goes.
