CC App Mac OS Sierra constant reinstall

Every time I restart my computer, Adobe CC app says it's damaged an I need to download and reinstall it.

I do and everything works, until I restart again.

System Specs:

MacBook Pro (15-inch, Early 2011)

2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Mac OS Sierra 10.12.3 (16D32)

All the apps work fine... it's just the CC app that gets corrupted.
