CC app will not open and Lightroom crashes while syncing.

I am just wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with the CC app not opening? I am on a Windows 10 PC, and haven't had any issues until the past two days. First, Lightroom Classic would crash after importing images as they began syncing. I've turned off sync just to be able to use Lightroom. Now, I cannot even open the Adobe CC app. I've done the research, and see that uninstalling and running the Adobe CC cleanup tool is a recommendation, but I also see that it isn't working for other people with similar issues. My Windows 10 updated on Wednesday night, so I thought maybe that did something. I restored to an earlier version, but that didn't help. I'm super frustrated at this point. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Every time Win10 does an update, there is the possibility that it will "break" the video driver

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers

Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter

•nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

•ATI Driver Autodetect http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version
