CC application breaks menu bar hiding in macOS

I set my menu bar to automatically show and hide in macOS. Sometimes when I launch the Adobe CC application, the menu bar fails to unhide and I have to switch desktops and play around with mission control until it decides to show up again. No other application causes this problem, and when it does happen it renders pretty much every app I have running unusable. Does anyone else experience this or have a solution to it? I've had CC installed for an hour, and I am already seriously considering uninstalling it.
