CC Apps gives Error 500: Internal Server Error

Hi, I just bought the Photography plan. Since then I can no longer log into the CC application on Windows and when I use the web browser I can log into Creative Cloud, but under the Apps section I get 'Error 500: Internal Server Error'. Did something go wrong when I transferred from trial to paying customer? Seems really odd this happened right after I made my purchase.
