CC Apps tab not working

Every time I go to the apps tab of on CC this is what shows up. I've tried everything I can think of. It is keeping me from being able to update any of the current apps I have or download any new ones. I messed with a little bit of the coding of one of my apps a few months back but I don't think that has anything to do with it. I even went as far as to delete all of the Adobe apps I had on my computer and try it, but it still didn't change anything. I'm so confused and frustrated at this point I just have no idea what else to try. I even tried creating a new CC account and logging in with that but nothing changed. Any help/advice is desperately welcomed!
