cc blank screen: amazing
Hi folks,
cc blank screen again. Funny thing: I get a notice that there are 8 updates and should start the app manager via the cc cloud. But I cannot start and download the app manager without c. I'm in a circulus vitiosus.
I did all the things posted here and there, am working hours and trying to solve this problem, deleted many folders, tried to re-install the app and nothing happends.
Any other ideas? Money back? Corel?
It's amazing that a company like Adobe does not invest in a 7/24 help line.
Need help and ideas. Yes, I saw all the postings here. Windows 7.
