CC Crashes on Startup - reinstalls & then runs

Since upgrading to Mac OS High Sierra Creative Cloud forces a reinstall every time and then runs fine. That is until I boot the computer again. Ran fine on Sierra. All apps run fine.

there's something (av, cleaner etc) on your computer removing needed files when you shutdown or start your computer.
