CC Desktop app cannot download Adobe XD

I cannot download Adobe CC even if I have an enterprise account. Can you help?

Hi Laura, I would request you to download Adobe Creative Cloud using this link: - Download Creative Cloud desktop app and then download Adobe XD CC using Adobe Creative Cloud.

As you have mentioned that you were not able to download Adobe XD from your enterprise account t. Could you please share the error message that you have received while installing it. I would also like to know the specifications of the operating system that you are using, so that I may assist you appropriately.
