CC Desktop Application and Proxy

Hi all,

I know, that this problem isn't new or unknown: On a day before yesterday I could not install CC Desktop App due to proxy.

After shown 2% it moves nothing more, than Error 207 had been shown... Only as I change the network to one without proxy I had been able to install CC.

Also no updates or even  connection is possible. The on the help site shown picture did not come, only error "Server cannot be reached..." and so on..

Also our IT-administration cannot adjust proxy because it belongs to other large company.

Is it SO difficult to built proxy settings interface in the setup routine or prepare an offline Setup-File with such interface or...?

Such solutions are existing by the most application I use (Skype, Spotify, TV-Browser etc.) and I have no problem with authorization of these programs behind the proxy.

Or could anybody suggest any other solution?
