CC desktop disappeared and in the application menu it shows it as missing but I can not install it again once it is downloaded, on iMac

I use Photoshop, Lightroom and Muse, my desktop cc application is grayed out and in the application menu it shows it with a curved arrow on it like it was moved. I downloaded it again but it will not install. What should I do?
