CC Desktop Installation doesn't finish

Hi,

after downloading the CC Desktop App (my System: Win10 64 Bit, 8 GB), the CC Desktop starts, but there is only the rotating "disk".

There are no options to chose, no error numbers etc., and I've tried everything in the Help section (including uninstalling and unsing the Adobe removal tool).

Here's a screenshot of how it looks after 30 minutes waiting into my third try of installing.

Please help me, I'd appreciate it!
