Hi,
As I mention( Share the link) that if you are getting before signin in CCDA. Uninstall the application if fail to uninstall from Control panel then use Adobe CC cleaner tool for force uninstall link: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems ( I suggest to use Clean all option if there is no Adobe application in your system/ Or along with uninstalling use Fix host file option to fix the host file of your system). Then please go through below steps:
- End all Adobe processes from your task manager like Coresync, Adobe Creative Cloud,Adobe Desktop common , AAMupdater services, Acrotray, CCLibraries if running and then end IPC Broker and Adobe CEF helper
- Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe and rename Adobe Creative Cloud folder to Adobe Creative Cloudold
- Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and rename AAMUpdater folder to AAMUpdaterold, Adobe Application Manager folder to Adobe Application Managerold and OOBE folder to OOBEold.
- Once done, click on windows start button, type %localappdata% and hit enter. Open Adobe folder and rename OOBE folder to OOBEold
- Go through link and download the application again : Download Creative Cloud desktop app
- Once installed, sign in with your email address and password for your Adobe account.
