CC Desktop is failing to update

still the same , i can’t download  , have tried all troubleshootings of possible errors on creative cloud help

     I am stuck on the infinite 'taking longer than usual to load' screen. I have already done a complete wipe with the CC Cleaner tool, verified my system files with sfc /scannow, killed all background tasks, and just now manually renamed the OOBE folder to OOBE.old to clear the activation cache. The issue is still happening on a fresh install. I need this escalated past basic troubleshooting to look at my log files or check Windows credential conflicts."

      It says to me when I install and everything is alright, then I begin to initialize here comes the problem it keeps initializing forever and it says to me "Creative Cloud." it's taking too much time to launch. And get help and they provide the help link. When I press the help link, it's just to me the troubleshooting process. And I have tried it all but still coming to an end of not being able sometimes tell me there is a missing or damaged fire from installation try to install it again or repair the copy. And that I do either of them nothing changes I tried to repair a try to reloads try to install another one modified the firewall and updated my c+.+ visuals And also tried. to To use the cleaner tool use. Used also the . uninstaller and still the same message. And I am windows 11th latest version, so there's nothing wrong, so I don't understand why.
