CC Desktop login

CC desktop is installed but when I try to log in it responds only that I have been logged out

Jwool what is the specific error which you are recieving?  Also which operating system are you using?

I am able to log in to adobe.com so my log in and password are working.  When I sign into my desktop CC it replys that I have been signed out.  I am on Windows7 64 bit

Hi, yes, for me it worked I solution I found somewhere else, basically I deleted the file called "opm.db" which in my machine was in: C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE, then I could managed to start login in Creative Desktop App without been signed out. Hope it will help for someone else.
