I have CC subscription for desktop which won't open tutorials but I also want to use my iPad away from my desk how to load my 2 machine subscription on ipad

There is no such thing. Aside from some auxiliary tools like the Photoshop Touch extensions or Edge Inspect there are no CC tools for iOS devices. Whatever problems you have need to be resolved in another way, but since you didn't care to provide proper technical info, nobody can say anything in the matter.
