CC doesn't show my Photoshop and Lightroom Abo. Reinstallation not possible

I have a new workstation for private use. Formerly I used a laptop  for 6 month daily only. Now at Installation on the Workstation I can't register, the system thinks I have the test version of photoshop only. Checking the CC Contents my profile doesn't show the Abonnement of Photoshop CC 2015 and lightroom.student. The fees were paid regularly. What is the problem? Please help, I can't use the system. I don't want to pay for nothing.
