CC doesn't stop syncing

Hi,

after I had to restore my laptop (Macbook pro 2017) a few weeks ago from a time machine backup, CC doesn´t stop syncing, although all my files have been synced. It constantly shows the blue arrows and says synced files 1 of 2. SINCE 3 WEEKS!!! I have a lot more than two files in my CC and none of them shows the blue arrows. I tried signing out, pause syncing, repair CC. Nothing works. Any suggestions how to stop this weird syncing thing?
