CC downloader and installer not showing on my mac now, previously it was active. What should I do ?

Was the Creative Cloud Desktop App previously installed? Were any apps already installed? What OS are you on? Are you getting any error messages?
You can try uninstalling the desktop app and then reinstalling:
Uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop app
