CC install Issue

Hello
I am a member of the photography plan. I reinstalled my computer's operating system. (Windows 10)
I have downloaded and installed the Creative cloud app. While installing Lightroom clasic cc and photoshop, they are stuck at about 20% on both occasions.
Standby although I certainly will not proceed. It does not give any error code.
Although I'm getting to restart repeatedly install the same results.
Can you help me.

As you have indicated you have already attempted the steps listed in Error 117 occurred during download to resolve Error Code 117 then I would recommend contacting our support team for direct assistance.  You can begin a chat session at Contact Customer Care .

I am sorry for that you continue to face Error Code 117 while installing Photoshop CC on Windows 10, Bahattinp15589514.

Bahattinp15589514 sorry you are facing problems with the installation of Lightroom Classic and Photoshop CC on Windows 10.  I would recommend beginning by reviewing the install log to determine why the install is failing.  Information on how to locate the install log can be found at Creative Cloud download and install errors .

Please post any specific errors you discover in this discussion.

Thank you Mr. Jeff

I've examined the file “install.log”. I found:

Retryable error '119'

Fatal Error '117'

“Troubleshoot error 117 while downloading Creative Cloud apps” page:

Solution 1: Check your Internet connection (I verified)

Solution 2: Configure your software firewall (I stop firewall)

Solution 3: Disable antivirus software (there are not any software)

Solution 4: Start your system in Safe Mode With Networking (I tried many many times)

Solution 5: Verify your router setup (no)

Solution 6: Configure hardware firewalls or proxies (no)

Conclusion:

I installed lightroom cc (very easy) and lightroom classics (After trying several times)

I can not install photoshop
