CC Installer doesnt works

Hello Community,

 

I have the following problem: The Creative Cloud installer stops responding after opening the browser and signing in to Adobe. In the browser window, I am asked to close the window because I have successfully logged in. However, the installer does not initiate the next step. Even clicking on the link (If your browser does not respond, log in here) will not work. Ultimately, I'm at the point where I've turned everything off (firewall, anti-virus program and logged in as an admin). I am working on a 64 bit Windows 7 system.

ich habe folgendes Problem: Das Creative Cloud Installationsprogramm reagiert nicht mehr nach dem Öffnen des Browsers und dem Anmelden bei Adobe. Im Browserfenster werde ich aufgefordert, das Fenster zu schließen, da ich mich erfolgreich angemeldet habe. Jedoch leitet das Installationsprogramm nicht den nächsten Schritt ein. Selbst ein Klick auf den Link (Wenn ihr Browser nicht reagiert, melden Sie sich hier an) funktioniert nicht. Letztendlich bin ich an dem Punkt, an dem ich alles Ausgeschaltet habe (Firewall, Anti-Viren-Programm und als Admin angemeldet bin). Ich arbeite auf einem Windows 7 System mit 64 Bit.

Have you tried disabling Data Execution Prevention for all programs in your windows amd then run the Adobe Cleaner and Repair Tool, then the Adobe Creative Cloud Repair Tool

Have you tried disabling Data Execution Prevention for all programs in your windows amd then run the Adobe Cleaner and Repair Tool, then the Adobe Creative Cloud Repair Tool
