CC installing update stuck at 35%

Help or my monitor will have a dent in it soon!  I am a customer a long time now and always open CC before PS.  4 days ago CC started to install and update but it refuses to go past 35% (hopefully due to Murphy's Law it will now after posting this!).  Yes I have tried everything from closing down all other apps, Chrome the works.  Yes I have turned the PC off completly and started again (many times!) to no avail.

Please help!!!

    Geht mir leider genau so. Ich bekomme gerade mal 38% hin. Aber mehr nicht. Hast du schon eine Lösung für das Problem? Bin für jeden Rat, Info usw. offen. Ich brauche einfach dringend eine Lösung.

    Bitte Helfen Sie mir soooooooooooooo schnell wie möglich. Ich verwende Windows

    Ich habe das selbe Problem wie LDBdesigns, der mit CC-Installationsupdate bei 35% hier angefangen hat.

    Aplogies Jeff I'm only replying to you now.  That link wasn't the solution but did give me an idea.  I completely uninstalled the CC app from my PC and logged into adobe.com where I downloaded the new version of the CC app using the .zip folder rather than streaming the update of CC that I was trying to do initially.  Result, happy days, fixed in about 10 minutes!  It did, however, take me a while to find the .zip folder that contained the CC app for downloading.

     

    I do wish Adobe would make it a little easier for us users that have slower broadband that have issues streaming updates.  The solution, have the update in a .zip folder that is EASY to find!

    Thank you for the update. LDBdesigns!  I am glad you are now able to use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application successfully.
