CC issues [Apps reverting to trial mode]

Anyone that pays a monthly membership having issues with CC? I pay the $52.99 month and recently started seeing 'start free trial' on my InDesign app. Now its happening to all my apps and I just paid the premium on 7/26. When I log in it says I have the free membership. WTF? Adobe is not respoding to my requests for support.

Anyone having this problem?
