CC Libraries Problem

Question

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm having an issue with the Adobe CC Libraries, it is intermittently loading on and off in all the applications. I have attached a screen recording of it. If anyone has had a similar issue and has been able to resolve it. Please, can you reply?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Could you please collect logs and send it back to us. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html this will help us to determine the problem.

Meanwhile, can you please try logging out and log in back again to your account.
