CC Library Collaboration Not Working Properly

I'm the owner of multiple libraries which I've collaborated with other accounts. For some reason, when one of the users of the other accounts opens an Illustrator file using the library I've created and collaborated with them, it pops up saying there are missing links.

If you hit ignore, all of the library elements on the page appear blank but you can click in the area and find the bounding box. The links panel doesn't show any links are missing and will highlight when you click on the bounding box. Also, the control panel doesn't show any options for these elements. Furthermore, the user can place the same library elements as a link in the document and they show up fine, but the same elements that are already linked are blank still.

Any suggestions?
