CC licence
Have a full purchased licence for CC but after downloading the Creative Cloud app it says that I only have trial options not the download options. What to do?

Sorry for the inconvenience. I just checked your account and your subscription is closed. You may have to check with your Admin and verify if they made any changes to your account or subscription.
