CC Login - Adobe ID and password do not match but...

I'm currently logged in to accounts.adobe.com https://accounts.adobe.com/with the exact same info and it works just fine. I see my active CC sub too. I also reset the password, still same thing 'The Adobe ID and password do not match. Please try again.'

What the hell? Windows 10 Pro if that matters.

quit your cc desktop app.

delete or rename both Adobe PCD folder and SLStore folders*

restart your cc desktop app and sign in again.

if that fails, contact adobe support per message 1.

Just an info, after it having been fixed for no apparent reason, after latest CC update it is happening again...

quit your cc desktop app.
