CC makes Macbook Pro horrible slow

Hello,

I have a late 2013 Macbook pro retina 15" , i7 Quad core 2,3ghz, High sierra 10.13.2 with GT 750M 2Gb gpu and 16Gb ram, 512Gb SSD.  Since several months my computers is becomming very slow in photoshop, indesign, illustrator. No spinning ball of dead, just slow graphic performance. For example zooming in/out in large photographs with multiple layers can take a second or two. selecting layer, move it arround can we painfully slow. Also scrolling on websites can be very slow...like 1 fps scroll speed. Safari, Chrome, Firefox...all experience the same problem. Even my old macbook13"  1.4ghz air is going faster. Some website won't even open anymore after a few days of indesign/photoshop...

- Reinstalled OSX clean, so a 100% fresh start --> problems looks solved, websites scroll super fast butt...

- Downloaded Adobe CC from adobe, new install...--> Once I start photoshop the problems appear again.

- Have 300Gb+ free space, after clean install 10Gb free ram, no background services runnig. Just Creative cloud!

- Did a Apple hardware test on bood...no issues. Send a log to Apple support forum --> no errors whats so ever.

- And yes...GPU acceleration is ON and I installed legal software, tried everything, called Apple support. They suggested a clean install, I did it twice to be sure. (One time recovery mode, other time total wipe clean)

To check the hardware I installed Windows 10 in bootcamp and everything looks fine, even photoshop runs super fast (did not test other sofware).  So I am very sure my hardware is just doing fine Windows 10 works fine and OSX high sierra works perfect until I install the official Adobe CC.

So It looks an Adobe CC bug.

Can anybody help me?

Interesting! Did this actually work, resetting the prefs? Sounds a bt strange, with a clean install and all, but would be super glad if it helped! Everything became lag-free again once you reset the preferences?
