CC Membership is in trial mode

Hello

I purchased the monthly plan to have CC. I downloaded it onto my PC laptop. Now I have purchased a MAC desk top and I am trying to load it onto here. I am eventually planning to switch so that all my photography is on the Mac and will eventually take it off my PC.

I have it downloaded onto my MAC but its saying 7 day trial..... how do I get it so that its part of my monthly plan?

Lynette

Sorry I'm trying to mark this as correct so we can end this discussion and I cannot figure it out. I also cannot find a phone number to talk to someone directly. I'm not normally this dumb with computers but I'm having a hard time with Adobe. So if you can end this conversation that would be great

Hi Lynetteb67717030,

I have reviewed your Adobe ID (email address) you have utilized to post here, and found that your membership of Adobe Creative Cloud photography plan was cancelled with a reason that it was purchased on a wrong email back in september'16, this means you might have purchased the membership on a different email address than this one, if you could please share that email address with me in a personal message i would be able to check and assist you further with the issue.

Awaiting you response.

Restart the computer and then open CC application  you are using and sign in.

I tried that and it still says it's a trial. Under my manage account under plans and products I clicked on cc and it asks if I want to upgrade to a paid cc membership..... I already thought I was one. Since I am already paying monthly. Little confused

Try signing out of the Creative Cloud application by clicking the widget in the upper right corner > choose Preferences > General and Sign out. You can also sign out (or in) under the Help menu in Adobe Applications.

You may also want to sign out, then re-start and sign back in using your Adobe credentials from the PC. (Hopefully you only have 1 Adobe ID and password).
