My Creative Cloud desktop app is still not showing the new CC apps as ready for download. On a previous chat with customer support I was told my build version of windows 10 was out of date so I brought it up to date. Any way to force CC to update the apps? Thanks.

Hi JZuck,
As you have mentioned you are unable to update CC apps to the latest version, this is because your Windows 10 build version is not compatible you have version 1607 and Creative Cloud 2019 apps require Windows 10 Creators update (version 1703) or later, kindly update your O.S.
