CC on multi-user computer

I have run into a problem.  I have CC installed on a network computer (Yes, the licensing is all legit) and have a person using it that needs it in Spanish as they do not speak English.  All other users are English speaking.  How can the language be changed for just that one user?  I have read numerous forums concerning language changes and they all are saying uninstall and reinstall with different language.  This will not be possible as it is a multi-user computer.

Please help.

It's not possible. Switching the language requires different localized resources to be avialable and only a install does that. Some programs like Photoshop and Dreamweaver are able to switch languages from within thgeir interfaces once they have been installed in multiple languages and the resources are in place, but this functionality is not perfect since some stuff will still appear wrong plus the features are considered deprecated/ low priority in light of the overall CC method, so they are even less reliable. You might have better luck just setting aside a separate computer for that person.
