CC Photoshop crashes

I just installed the trail version of CC photoshop.  After Photoshop starts, it automatically closes in about 3 seconds.  I have signed off and on my adobe account.

    if you're using windows, restart your computer and then right click photoshop.exe and click "run as administrator"
