CC Price Increases and Adobe MAX going forward

First, I got a notice that the price for my CC subscription is going up. I'm unhappy but I'm hoping in the next year enough updates will come to justify continuing my subscriptions.

I'm unhappy for these reasons:

1. I'm not allowed to give meaningful feedback to really improve the products. I keep getting emails but when I reply literally instantly I get told the survey is full which I find is ridiculous. Uservoice is a joke and I've seen how Microsoft uses it and the product managers use to shield themselves from being more engaged with the users.

2. I've watched all the Max videos from 2017 and most of improvements were due to user feedback. Some of these products are 30+ years old. Why would you charge us for when YOUR people haven't been doing their jobs in product management? Some of these videos just show how indolent Adobe has been in product development.

3. What do you feel is the reason for justification of the pricing so soon? You refuse to update the exams which tells me there are not enough features to justify rebooting the exams. Every time I contact these training people, I get Out Of Office(OOF) or calls go to voice mail when I try to get quotes or information about training opportunities. I called them last week and they haven't even posted the North American schedule for 2018.

Second, Adobe Max. Can you offer an option to buy a USB of the videos from Max for some fee? I'm attending this year but I would like to be able buy historical sessions and future ones so I can be more productive personally. I know their online but I'm on planes a lot and it would be nice to be able to just plug in a USB and watch what I want without having to be connected. Maybe a Windows 10 app that records what I'm watching so you can at least see what I'm reviewing? I'm imagine this is why you allow to see them online.

Kglad posted the official feedback channel for all Adobe products... For MAX, if you have particular feedback to share, you can try sending it to one of the email addresses given at the bottom of this page.

There is no USB available of past MAX videos. However, most of the sessions & courses from previous MAX conferences are available online (2017, 2016, 2015), and it's definitely possible to download those videos yourself for offline storage & viewing, as desired.

Finally, regarding the Creative Cloud price increase – you may be able avoid that while still keeping your same CC tools, if you want – see this FAQ for more details:

(Anybody can get that offer)

Hope that helps!

There is no place to comment about MAX or Summit. I have only here to post about them.
