CC, PS, LR install error code 87 on Windows 10

Question

Hi,I'm running Windows 10 64bit.I've tried every suggestion across this forum and cant install CC, PS or LR. I have booted in safe mode, tried new local user accounts etc etc.Look forward to some guidance. Just bought all this software and annoyed that this error is occurring.Thanks.
